A period of six months on site saw us successfully complete more than 200 student accommodation serviced rooms under the Study Inn brand. The midlands-based company Study Inn has now created more than 1,800 student rooms across the UK.

This £20m investment to regenerate a former Jobcentre building in Loughborough was completed within schedule in order for the students to take residence in time for the start of the University term.

We undertook the entire electrical installation and Study Inn were extremely impressed by the commitment of our team to maintain progress to completion and ensure a smooth handover.

This project showcases our commitment to building lasting business relationships, resulting in us being rewarded by securing the contract for the next Study Inn project in Nottingham.
