We have previously worked on numerous Electrical Installations for McDonalds Restaurants and are now pleased to be involved with McDonalds newest ‘Experience of the Future’ programme, where rather than queuing up to be served, customers choose their meals on the touch screen kiosks and get their meal brought to their table. Digital innovation is at the heart of the transformation and includes the option to order and pay by smartphone, card or contactless. By the time customers get to the counter, their order should be ready. As well as the touch screen ordering, free to use tablets have been installed at some tables for customers who want to check their newsfeed and emails, charge their phones or play the latest games.
