Modern, Efficient Modular Build Restaurants
We were commissioned by Elliott’s Group for the electrical installation of a new two-storey Drive-Thru restaurant in line with McDonalds planned expansion programme.
We worked closely with Elliott’s to evolve the design concept and install the restaurant electrical infrastructure within their factory prior to this modular build being delivered to Glenrothes enabling a very short programme of just 5 weeks on-site.
This new two-storey restaurant seats up to 140 people along with a Drive-Thru. The building includes the dining area and toilets and staff areas including kitchen and servery, offices and storage.
The buildings are delivered to site as fully fitted out modules including all electrics first fixed. The modules are then craned into place and the final connections and commissioning works take place.
