Case Study // Phase Eight

This was our first project with Garrene shopfitting working on this prestigious female clothes store located in a prime position of the MK Shopping Centre. Phase Eight now boasts 80 stores and 70 concessions in tasteful locations. The chain still occupies the middle ground, catering for women in their thirties and above who are aware of trends but wary of them in their most extreme form.

The Milton Keynes project was based over a 6 week period, which was handed over and opened on time. Our works consisted of the complete electrical installation and fire alarm installation, which was carried out to the shopping centres specific requirements. The project was carried out to a high specification, which can be seen from the high standard of finishes within this store, designed to reflect an up market ambiance to the shopping experience.
